Every year we scour the known world looking for the friendliest, hardest-working and most professional people to join our team at Jacks, Copiña and Hôtel Grangettes for a winter season.

This year we are looking for bartenders, servers, chefs, kitchen porters, door staff and hotel assistants.

Life at Jacks

Jacks is the premier bar for après with live music from Monday to Friday. We are located at the foot of the pistes in Méribel centre, which means we are busy from open to close – breakfast before a day on the mountain, lunch to refuel, and then it’s happy hour, après, dinner and drinks to finish an epic day.

Think you can keep up? Life in Jacks is very fast, but we always make time for customer service – even when the band is loud and things are getting lively.

We’re known for our food and we serve a lot of it (300 covers at lunch)! Our Bad Boy Burger is synonymous with Méribel – loaded with bacon, cheddar, caramelized onions and jalepeño chutney – then there are our dirty fries and nachos… See? Our food is epic to match our venue.

At the end of your day, unwind with an after-work drink and a chat with colleagues (who soon become friends), because after all, we wouldn’t be the Jacks we are without our people!

Life at Copiña

Copiña is the foremost innovative tapas and cocktail bar in the alps – and it’s not just us who think so. Our venue in Courchevel 1650 is rated the 14th best restaurant – ahead of several Michelin Starred restaurants.

We have 2 Copiña venues, a bar in Méribel centre and a bar/restaurant in Courchevel 1650. Both venues serve creative and bespoke cocktails – we make a lot of the ingredients in-house and you won’t see a standard cocktail on the menu (but you’ll know how to make any of the classics!). We make our cocktails in front of the customer, giving them a theatrical experience they can’t get anywhere else!

It’s been said that our tapas is better than you’ll get in Spain – and we agree! Think beautifully designed dishes that fuse the best Spanish ingredients with Asian influences. The dishes and cocktails are very Instagramable, which is why journalists and influencers love visiting us!
